We are committed to protecting your privacy. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information and to minimise the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorised access to or use of your personal information.

To better protect your privacy, we, LifeLion, provide this Privacy Policy explaining how we collect, use and disclose the information (defined below) we obtain about visitors to our website (www.lifelion.health) (the “Site”) and the products and services available through our Site. Legal age for purchases
If you are under 18, you must inform a parent or legal guardian about LifeLion’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and obtain their consent before placing an order with LifeLion. Our website is not intended for use by children under 14, and we will not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 14.
In practice, if you are under 18, please ask your parents or guardian before placing an order.
How we collect privacy information
LifeLion collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. Personal information we collect
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse www.lifelion.health, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

GDPR necessity (legal basis)

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Data controller
We are the data controller of the Personal Data you enter to create and maintain your account. We are also the data controller of the data communicated to other services acting as data processors. You are the data controller of the data relating to content you choose to disclose on the Site in a review and for personal data disclosed when you link your social network profiles with our profiles.
Access
You may email hello@lifelion.health and request information about your personal data. After receiving your request, we will let you know what personal information we have about you and whether such data is portable.
We reserve the right to block access to our Site and delete your account if, in our assessment, we find anything that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, our User Guidelines, or is not consistent with the purpose of the Site. If we block access or delete your account, we will inform you of the reason by sending an email to the address you provided when creating your account.
