Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on what time we receive the order. If you place your order on the weekend or on a public holiday, it will ship on the next normal business day.

All parcels are shipped via a trackable postal service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of dispatch.

Note: the estimated delivery times below are those provided by the shipping carriers. All delivery times are estimates.

Unfortunately, parcels can be delayed for many reasons. Please check your tracking number with the carrier and wait 72 hours before contacting us.

Your order will be shipped with SDA from our depot located at LogicService SRL, Via Guardia del Consiglio 15, 47899 Serravalle (RSM). Orders placed before 12:00 (CET/CEST depending on the time of year) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the next shipping day.
