Used and unused items
If you ordered something by mistake, changed your mind, or the product didn’t meet your expectations, returning used or unused items is easy. Just contact our friendly Customer Support team by email at hello@lifelion.health within 60 days of receiving your order.
To make a return, ship the product to our logistics warehouse: Logicservice SRL, Via Guardia del Consiglio 15, 47899 Serravalle (RSM). Once we receive the items, we will inspect them and issue your refund. This process may take a couple of days, and refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
